This House is Built nearly resembling the Letter T And the expense of erection was defrayed. By the Eerel of Stair. & Sir Andrew Agnew With a Small grant By the Goverment. The daly atendance of cholars is about 50 . The School Master is alowed £15 Per Anam from the Parish Heritors. Together with the quarterly fees from the scholars Larbrax Chool House was built in the Year 1843. Which is Cutt on Stone above the School Room Porch. Situated close to the South Side of the Road from Kirkcolm to Portpatrick And on the farm of Larbrax the property of Sir A. Agnew Is not a Parish school. But mearly An Accomodation one
