The property of the Earl of Stair The Clenrie is probably a corruption of Glen Ree King's Vally somewhere in the farm a grave or cell was discovered in the year 1814 in which was found an urn containing the dust or remains of (very likely) a human body - An ancient moat was formerly on this farm the site of which cannot be traced as no track remains of it
