[North East] side of the parish of Linlithgow This is the continuation of Riccarton Burn; it runs winding (gradually increasing in size) in a north easterly direction, passing by the farm of Bridgeend, where it crosses the main road from Falkirk and Linlithgow to Edinburgh, and passes under the Union Canal close to the farm of Pardovan; at which place it changes its name to Pardovan Burn |
