[East] bank of the River Avon and close to base of the Avon Viaduct, they Consist of a flour Mill and One for grinding Oats & barley, the former is three storeys high & is worked by Water & Steam power, the engine is of 10 horse power & the water Wheel is 16 feet by 4. the latter Mill is only One storey high and worKed by a Water Wheel 14 feet by 4. They are the property of the Town of Linlithgow.
