There are three schools at present in operation in the parish

Gaelic School Society.
There is a district of the parish, Barrschol and Craggies
which is 4 miles distant from the parochial school, and has

of the parish, in which some families reside, Braes of Langwel ------- Langwell and Auchinluachrach shewn [as]
and Auchinluachrach, at a still greater distance from any ------- shool also shewn at the [---]
