016.06 | This is a part of the same range of Cliff as Black Craig, Standmilane Craig and Slackgun, it is steep and precipitous with prominent rocks projecting some of which like on Black Craig overhang Situated west of the latter and extending west of about 20 chains the property of H. F. Campbell Esqr. Boquhan. The range from Black Craig westward takes a direction to the south west and becomes gradually less Rocky less Cliffy and precipitous it is quite passable at the western Boundary of the Parish and at head of deep nameless glen or Balloch, The whole of the range seperates the Gargunnock Hills which lies south of it from the arable land of the Parish |
