106 A standing stone situated on the east end of Aodann Mhor, three feet by two, and twelve high, being somewhat similar to those composing Druidical Circles. It is believed to mark the grave of a distinguished Roman soldier, who fell in a battle, said to have been fought here, between the Romans and the Caledonians.
