013 | [Situation] In Glentress Forest A small cottage, one storey high, beautifully situated amidst dense masses of luxuriant pine and forest trees, in the Southern extremity of Glentress Forest, about two and a half miles north East of Peebles. When seen from the road approaching Horsburgh Castle it forms a pleasing feature in this beautiful landscape.
