A plain tomb stone erected in 1738 to the memory of the Covenanters who fell in the battle of Rullion Green, The names of the Rev. [Reverend] J. Crookshanks, Mr. A. McCormack and about 50 others are inscribed on it and stated to be slain while "innocently" defending themselves against the enemies of Christ's Gospel.
