012 Rises about 10 chains south of Windy Door Nick. Runs in a south-east direction.
A small stream which rises on the farm of Boghall and after running in a easterly direction for a few miles runs into the River Esk a little east of Boghall farm house. This streams forms the boundary for some distance between the parishes of Lasswade and Glencross.

A hill of a moderate size and elevation, part of the farm of Hillend. It is the eastern termination of the Pentland range. On its summit is a Trigl. [Trionometrical] Station.
