A long irregular Street leading in a SW. [South West] direction from a junction of Streets at Main Point, to Brandfield Place, The continuation of SW. [South West] of this Street is the road which leads to Lanark. A great part of this Street indiferently paved & many of the houses are of an inferior class generally one Story high towards the SW. [South West] end but the houses are of a better class towards the NE, [North East] end.
