FORT [East Kirkcarsel] Camp William Kissock 051 This object is situated a little distance north west of the farm house of East Kirkcarswell it is of a very irregular form and appears to have been a place of strength, it is not known in the locality by any particular name except a "Camp". Mr. Kissock of Balmangan says, that his grandfather when speaking of this object always called it Camp or Rae indiscrimately, It is never called Fort
