059 This is the joining of the Strathspey branch of the Great North of Scotland with the Highland Railway, at present it consists of Offices Station Agents Dwelling Engine Shed Carriage Shed turn-table public house and a few cottages partly of Stone & Slated and partly of wood. previous to the two being Connected few trains Stopped at it and was called Boat of Garten. Now all the trains on the Highland Stop at it And has become a general Station for passenger and goods to and from any part of the country. it is the joint property of both Companies.
