A farmhouse two storeys high with suitable offices & thrashing mill attached all in excellent condition, occupied by Andrew Wilkie; it is the property of Miss Jane Watt, Dundee. The thrashing mill was formerly a Corn Mill, hence the name.

A small lake or Natural Loch on the farm to which it partly gives name; it is now named after the farm: the stream flowing from this Loch propels the Thrashing Mill at Lochmill.

A hill on the Farm of Lochmill at the North side of Lochmill Loch; its northern slope is planted with fir trees, as is also a part of its Summit. It commands and extensive view of Strathearn and the Firth of Tay.
