This is the Mansion House of the estate of Lochmalony, it is a very large but plain structure, built at different periods, that part to the south being the newest, and is two storeys high. Surrounding it are many fine old trees, north of it are the home steading and a large garden. The Lochmalony Burn flows in front of the house. The present proprietor is James Horsburgh Esq. Lochmalony House. |
