The site of the old Parish church of Balmerino is in the graveyard belonging to the parish church; and on it there is a vault built belonging to the family of Cledderburn of Berkhill. It was taken down in 1811 and the present parish church was built the same year in its stead. The old church was built shortly after the reformation. |
