[Note] There is nothing remaining of this chapel except the foundation, is little
higher then the surface & covered over with grass. It is an opinion
entertained in the neighbourhood that it was a chapel subordinate or
belonging to the parish church of Tranent . which served for the immediate
neighbourhood. it appears not to have been used since the reformation
