Submitted the Trace to Mr
Montgomerie and informed him
what was pointed out by Messrs
Grey & Fisher to which he offered no
objection and stated they were
probably correct -- [Initialled] R.H.

There is nothing Contradictory
in my Descriptive Remarks. I
was ordered to do this duty by Mr
Morgan as he considered Mr Stuart
unable to Cope with the matter.
The information I received from
Messrs Grey & Fisher I considered
Satisfactory as far as supposition
