From this point it flows for nearly two miles through open Moorland over a smooth gravel bed, which continues throughout the whole of the Course, after which it runs through a precipitous & partly wooded [glen] of about half a Mile in length; & after a further Course of about 3/4 of a mile falls into the Keile Burn For the greater portion of its course it divides the parishes of Dalrymple & Coylton. |
