Description of Site of Standing Stones Contd. [continued] - the remembrance of illustrious personages who fell in an engagement, Supposed to be coeval with the battle at Milduan, in which Lulach Son of Macbeth was defeated 3rd April 1057. One of the stones is sculptured, but so much defaced that it is impossible to decipher clearly now what the Symbols represent.
