[Chains] eastward of the Laundry House. and enters the River Ythan at a point about 17. Chains above the Conflux of the Burn of Kelly or at a point abt. [about] 14. Chains N. [North] of the Western end of the Lower Lake Tradition has it that within a few yards of the Conflux of the Burn in question with the River Ythan the great Pearl of the Crown of Scotland was found.
