043 Some twenty five years since. Mr Henderson in building a few houses at New Leslie opened a Cairn which stood in a field a little West of the "Druid Stones"

043 In the same cairn was found two cists they lay direct East and West and a Small Urn was found in each with pieces of bones charred wood and black clammy earth. A few arrowheads are occasionally found near this place And so far as I have been able to learn the Urns were of the most common pattern and had no ornamental rings about them.
