At present it stands a splendid edifice, in its external appearance, as well as the symetry of its internal arrangements (which) are judicious and laudable. And is a lasting monument of liberality, wholly reared by the hands of Charity. The advantages which various classes of the Community have derived from this institution, cannot be too highly appreciated -----
