I Duncan Mac Nuier Surveyor aforesaid Do hereby Certify That upon Careful Examination of the foregoing several Rates and D[uties]
I Find they amount in whole to the sum of One hundred and twenty three pounds 15 Shills [Shillings] Stg [Sterling] and that upon the Thirteenth day of Jaivijs [Seventeen Hundred] and Eighty six I Delivered to Peter Mac Arthur Depute to Donald Campbell Esq Principal Collector of the said Duties [for] the Shire aforesaid in Absence of the said Donald Campbell an Exact Duplicate of the above Accompt duely Examined and C [ompared] with the foregoing which Contained my Oath That Intimations were given to the whole foregoing persons or left at their d [welling]
houses of the respective dates aforesaid, and that the foregoing Survey or Assessment was made up from the Returns m [ade]
