I Hugh Richmond assessor & Surveyor aforesaid Do hereby certify That the above is an Exact
list of the Servants returned by the above Master and Mistresses of the Respective dates annexed with the duties
against each of their Names amounting to Forty Eight pounds Six Shillings Sterling and that
on the Sixteenth of September 1779 I delivered an Exact duplicate of the above to James McLean
writer in Aberdn [Aberdeen] & Collector of the sd [said] Duties for the Burgh aforesaid Hugh Richmond assessor &
