| WE UNDERSUBSCYVERS being by the Act of the late Convention at Edinr. [Edinburgh] the 20th January 1667, nominat and appoynted Commissioners for rectifying the valuations within the Shyre of Drumfries, Stuartry of Annandale and the Fyfe Kirks in Eskdale, and empowered thereby to use all effectual means that every person concerned and liable in payment might bear their equall and just proportiones of the Assessment then imposed and other publique burdens.
