aforsaid Do hereby Certify that upon careful examination of the
foregoing rates and duties I find that they amount to Thirteen
Shillings & Sixpence Str. [Sterling] And that I this day delivered to [ ]
[ ] Collector for the Burgh of St Andrews a full Duplicate
of this Account Containing My Oath that the preceeding Inhabi:
tant was duly Served with a requisition of the date forsaid
And that he was to be charged According to his own return
And that he was liable to pay the Sum set against his name
