and 10 percent on this sum is £31.8.9
Amounting in all to £345.16.3 Sterling

I William Johnstone Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify That upon carefull examination
I find the foregoing Duties amount to the sum of Three hundred &
forty five Pounds sixteen shillings & three pence Sterling And that upon the
6th Oct [October] 1792 I delivered to David Renton Collector of these duties an exact duplicate
of this Accompt duely examined & Compered which contained my Oath that
the preceeding Inhabitants were duely served with Requisitions And that they
were charged according to their several Returns or according to my knowledge and
belief that they were liable in the said duties. William Johnstone Surveyor.
