that upon Carefull Examination I find the foregoing rates &
duties I find they amount to four pounds four Shillings
Sterling and that upon the 10 Nov. [November] 1788 I deli-
-vered to James Dick Collector for the Burgh aforesaid an
exact Duplicate of the above Duly examined and
Compared wt. [with] the foregoing which Contd. [Contained] my Oath that
Notices were left and that the above is the return
of the whole foregoing Inhabitants or whose [that]
failled from the best information I Could
