I William Cunningham Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify that upon
careful Examination I find these duties to amount to the sum of Nine
hundred & sixty two pounds ten Shillings Stg. [Sterling] and that this same day
[being] the 4th February 1793 I did deliver into the office of George Cranston [Esqr.]
Collector a full Duplicate of this acct. [account] in which I certified that the [charges]
against the several Inhabitants were made either from Returns by [them of]
my Requisition or from the best information I could find where [failed]
to make such all which were duly notified.
