A Circular building which was erected about the year 1670 and used as a wind mill for grinding Corn etc for which purpose it continued until the year 1833 when it was dismantled of its top and constructed into a dwelling house on its top is a flagstaff & cannon It is the property of Mr Lockhart of Low Ersick
