A Farm house and Offices in good repair with 210 acres of land attached. The term Chapel is prefixed on acct [account] of a Chapel being at one time on the lands, no trace of it now remains. John Broadfoot who possessed this farm about 50 years ago remembers having ploughed up pieces of human skulls & other bones and on a part of the farm that he took to have been the Graveyard belonging to this chapel.
