22 A steep glen at the base of which runs a small stream or burn forming a portion of the boundary between the estates of Ardwell & Balgreggan. But not recognised by any particular name. The south end of this glen is planted d with wood consisting of ash, oak, fir. The north end is rocky growing over with brushwood and furze [gorse] and has a romatic appearance It lies between Balgraggan house & Cairnweil Hill.
