By the daughter of Col [Colonel] Cathcart then occupier of the Genoch Demesne. There is a sermon preached here every third Sunday by the Revd. [Reverend] James Puller United cession church Glenluce. The Genoch chapel is on the property of Col [Colonel] McDowal Logan.
