[North East] of Stranraer. it was built by the Earl of Stair as a property improvement And for the Convenience of this tenantry. the burn or Stream over which it is built is a Stream formed by the Collection of Surface waters, on the moors And flows into Black Lock, but it has no name by which it is generally Known in the Country.
