There is also a vegetable garden and arable farm attached, it is the property of Capt. [Captain] Marshall and is presently occupied by James Waugh. About 15 Chains N.N.W [North North West] of the house is a standing stone, on a small swell in an arable field, it is about 4½ feet high, roughly hewn and is conical in shape.
