005 | [situation] On the Summit of Peace Knowe This is the remains of a Camp or Fort, it is not in very good preservation, and consists of portions of two circles on the South and East sides, the north side being very steep required no such defences. This is one of the Circular forms of Camps or Forts, and is evidently Brit [British] It is situated on the farm of Ochiltree Mill, and is on the summ [summit] of a small hill called 'Peace Knowe" |
