Two long, narrow strips of land, enclosed and planted with mixed wood, they are situated on high ground; and are separated one from the other by a short stone fence in the western part, is a Trigonometrical [point] on a very high tree, termed "Nancy's Hill" in [maps] and in the eastern part at the east end, is a large Whinstone quarry named Nancy's Hill Q[uarry]. On the farm of Park, and the property of Capt. [Captain] Stewart of Champfleurie House - although two distinct plantations, they are called as one: Nancy's Hill Plantation, not Plantations.
