Applied to a ordinary sized farm house with outstanding offices, situated on the south side of "Strath Fleet" about one mile southeast of Rogart Railway Station. The dwelling house is 2 story high slated. Offices one, thatched the whole is in fair repair, and is the property of His Grace the Duke of Sutherland.
