105 This is a neat and very ornamental fountain which was erected by the Sutherland tenantry, to the first Duchess of Sutherland. It is in the form of a cupola supported by four pillars with a solid vase in the centre through which the water passes. It is situated at the junction of two public roads, a short distance behind the village of Golspie It was erected in 1839.
