[Reverend] Mr. Joass, Golspie | 110 | The various Antiquities or objects of interest named on the margin were found on the above Links within a large radius, the various places where they were found have been obliterated by Sand, owing to the nature of the ground. And their having been found in Such large quantities it has been thought prudent to group the whole in one general remark, in fact it is Surmised by many Scientific men that this has at one time been a manufactory of the Articles named. These Articles have been found recently and are found now and again up to the present AD 1873. they are all placed In the Museum of His Grace the Duke of Sutherland, at Dunrobin Castle. |
