the parish proper, in the County of ? Selkirk in which is Situated the town
of Selkirk with an acreage of 20076 acres, a
second portion the present Subject, which is
"detached", & lying about 2 miles S. [South] West, of the S. W. [South West]
Corner of the parish proper - both in the Co [County] of
Selkirk. Also two portions within the Co [County] of
Roxburgh, not detached, but divided from the
Parish proper by the Co [County] Bo [Boundary] - plying towards the East.
There is therefore no portion of Selkirk within any other Parish.
There is no portion of any other Parish within that of Selkirk.
