Yetholm.		 016; 022; 023 The Bowmont, anciently written Bolbent, has 6 Sources in the Cheviot mountains; two of these rise in Chillhill, & unites a little below Sourhope; one at Auchopecairn, and another on Cocklaw which meet at Cocklawfoot & runs into the 5th. which rises in Windygate Hill and descends by Calroust - flows past Yetholm & joins the Colledge 9 miles below Yetholm.
