This Chapel stood on a penninsula formed by the Teviot and Hassendean Burn - was suppressed in 1690 - In the year 1796 the encroachment of the River carried away every vistige of the Chapel and graveyard, and the River now runs over these ancient sites. The site, as near as can be ascertained is about the centre of the River. |
