076; 088 | This is a small river formed by the confluence of Auchterneed Burn and Allt a' Bhuig near Castle Leod and flowing through Strath Peffer in an easterly direction until it enters the Cromarty Firth at Dingwall and it gives the Strath its distinctive name. Also it passes through the parish of Fodderty in the Counties of Cromarty Detd [Detached] and Ross-shire and forms part of the boundary between the parishes of Fodderty and Dingwall both in Ross-shire. |
