067 Cromarty Harbour was constructed about 80 years ago partly by Government and partly by H. R. Ross Esq. proprietor of the Greatest part of the parish. It is a fine piece of mason work; it affords shelter for a Considerable number of vessels of a good tonnage, and also for the ferry boats passing to and from Nigg and Invergordon.
