099 This name is given to an elevated ridge which runs through the Black Isle forming the Watershed on it between the Beauly and the Cromarty Firths. It extends from within a half mile of the village of Ord in a northeastern direction to the end of Black Isle and passes through several properties. It is partly cultivated and partly under wood and pasture.
