It runs for about 2 miles mostly down a general slope. afterwards [it] commences to get very rapid, forming deep Chasms with Embankments on both banks until it comes within 1/4 mile of its junction this uniting with"River Glass" a short distance North of "Rhedorach" Ho. [House] Name means "Stream of the Sheep".
