A fresh water loch, which is deep and round, and its banks rather high. It is used as a reservoir for a Corn-Mill at Barvas. It receives a rapid but small stream, and two smaller ones.

A small portion of moor, which is very soft and wet, containing several small pools. It is low and flat. Signifies Gulls' March.
