003 [situation] On the seashore in the eastern side of the plan, 110 chains east of Eorrapidh Village.
A long, very narrow, deep creek or indentation on the sea-shore. Its shore which is nearly perpendicular, is about 50 feet high.

A Small Scattered village, situated in a hollow, adjacent to Cnoc Ard. The houses, which are in very bad repair, are built of peat moss and stone, and thatched with straw and heather. The inhabitants derive their chief Support from the produce of the land,which is tolerably good. Signifies Five Penny or Five Pence
